The trio of Mike Tyson, Paddy 'The Baddy' Pimblett and Jackass star Steve-O was bound to throw up ample entertainment - and it delivered.
The three men met on the Hotboxin' with Mike Tyson podcast and as the conversation wore on, the subject matter moved to ears.
Steve-O turned to Pimblett out of the blue and asked him if he has cauliflower ear and the UFC star revealed that he doesn't.
The Jackass cast member then shocked everyone. He said: "I was trying to get cauliflower ear like a motherf*****, but I just couldn't get it. Some people just can't get it."
The whole room burst into laughter, as Pimblett questioned him and said: "You was actively trying to get cauliflower ear? You're a sick motherf***** you know, lad.
"I've never heard that before, you are a mad man."
"Do you know why I did it?" Steve-O explained. "Because when a man has cauliflower ear, he gets respect.
"Nobody f**** with you if you have cauliflower ear."

Tyson chimed and said: "He didn't get that by playing games."
Steve-O goes on to reveal that he has a book coming out and one of the photo's in the book features Tyson biting his ear in reference to his infamous 'bite fight' in his rematch with Evander Holyfield in 1997, when 'Iron Mike' bit his opponents ear off.
"On multiple Jackass movies, I pitched the idea of 'Hey, I want Mike Tyson to bite off a piece of my ear'," Steve-O said.
"And that photo was the closest I ever got."
